Koln Concert - German Style Kolsch 4.9 % AVB 25IBU

This light gold German-Style hybrid is one of our easiest drinkers yet, full of subtle flavors.  Noble Hop in the aroma and slight fruit in the flavor due to fermentation.  A very balanced beer with delicate dryness and low bitterness.

Santiago - Mexican Lager 4.2 % ABV 14 IBU

16 oz Draft 12oz Cans

Santiago (meaning Saint James) is our take of the classic Mexican-style lager.  A beer style which owes it’s origins to German Settlers of the late 19th century.  Craft brewed with an attention to detail, and using the highest quality ingredients.  Pilsner Malt, Noble Hops and our own artisanal spring water bring balance to this crisp balanced light later.  A beer for all occasions.

Daily Wages-Farm-Hand Saison 6.7 % ABV  24 IBU

This traditional saison pours a hazy straw yellow.  Brewed with three different yeasts this beer offers the complexity, dryness, and earthiness of a true saison.  Soft bright fruit, yeast ester and spice pop with the crisp carbonation.

Red Headed Stranger - Red Saison   6.6%  ABV  17 IBU

A biere de garde in form and flavor, purs a deep and inviting ruby color with a rich cream colored head.  Aromas and flavor of spice, toffee and stone-fruit mingle with the earthiness of the farmhouse yeast.


Hopalong Cassidy- American Double IPA 8.5% ABV 85 IBU 

A big West Coast style IPA.  Hop, Hop, and more Hop.  A nice exchange between piney and citrus hop aromas with a biscuit maltiness lead to this palate wrecking-ball of a brew.

Schwarzbier Black Gate -Black Lager 4.6% ABV 22 IBU

Also known as a Black Pilsner, this dark lager is deception in a glass.  Although it pours dark, it drinks anything but.  Look for a light mouthfeel with a surprising amount of carbonation.  Subtle roast notes play well with the noble hops and pilsner malt.  Drinks just as well on a hot summer day as it does in the snowy winter.


Thirdman - Belgian Style Triple  8.4% ABV  21 IBU

A golden ale highlighting the wonderful Belgian yeast.  Inviting spiciness and clean cracker malt notes make way for appropriate pear and green fruit with honey-suckle like floral aromas.  Third Man's flavor and mellow spiciness, a true showcase of the complexity of well-handled Belgian Trappist Yeast.  A moderate backbone of fine Noble Hops aids in the crisp and necessary dryness to a finish that Belgian Triples should exude.
